Booking Procedure

Browse through the options on my Services Page, choose the level you prefer, and then contact me for your personalised quote giving:

• Day of the week,
• Date,
• Approximate Ceremony or Reception start time, as applicable,
• Venue Name & Venue Postal Address, including Postal Code,
• Anticipated Duration,
• Any special requests.

I will send you a written quotation (usually within 48 hours). If you wish to go ahead with the booking, please check the details & return the signed form. An invoice for the deposit will then be issued. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit. A full list of Terms & Conditions will also be sent to you at the time of booking. In signing the booking form you agree to the Terms & Conditions supplied.

Fees

The price quoted will depend upon your venue location, the duration of the engagement, & the amount time required for any requested arrangements or bespoke playlists to be prepared. Please note: a minimum fee of €350 is applicable to all engagements.

Payment

I ask for a small deposit to secure the date & confirm the booking.  The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Payment of the deposit can be made by:

• PayPal
• International Bank (SEPA/BACS) transfer (e.g. Currencies Direct, Transferwise, etc.)
• French cheque – in euros.

The balance must be paid in advance and will be due six weeks before the event, payable by Bank Transfer (including Currencies Direct, Transferwise, etc.,) only. Due to new PayPal regulations I can no longer acccept this payment method for the final balance. Due to logistical considerations I do not accept payment in cash on the day.

Privacy

In line with current Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) any personal information submitted to me via this site or by other means will not be passed to any third party unless you specifically request and allow it by giving written consent.
